RSVP and Guest Management
I understand that one of the most time consuming aspects of the wedding planning process is managing invitations, RSVP’s and questions from your guests. The RSVP and guest management service takes this pressure off you, whilst still ensuring you are kept up to date throughout. This additional service includes:
- Free Initial consultation
- Sending of Save the date cards
- Dispatch of Day guest invites
- Sending Evening guest invites
- Co-ordinating RSVPs
- Sending reminders to those who haven’t replied
- Thank you cards for gifts after the wedding
Venue Search
Sometimes couples just need a little help with finding the perfect venue for their special day. The venue search additional service gives you that helping hand, it includes:
- Finding a selection of venues in chosen location
- Pros and cons of each venue
- Attendance at your chosen top two if required
Supplier Search
Finding suppliers can be overwhelming and time consuming; this service will provide you with a list of suppliers and their packages to allow you to compare options. I will support you at a supplier meeting for your chosen top two if you wish. This additional service includes:
- Finding 4 suppliers of each service you require
- Attend chosen two of each if required
Pre and post wedding parties
Why not make your wedding last a little bit longer by holding a rehearsal dinner the night before and/or a post wedding brunch, lunch or drinks? I will take care of the organisation of choosing a venue, sourcing suppliers, inviting your guests and decorations. It can be as grand or as understated as you wish.
Sweet Table
Everyone loves a sweet treat, so why not treat your guests to a sweet table at your event? Our sweet tables can be made to suit any size party with providing at least 100g per person. Each table is styled in your event’s colours and includes hire of the jars, scoops, bags and sweets. I will attend the event and set up the table and return to take it down at the end of the event. This service is only available for Suffolk events.
